I saw black and white picture, the picture of a bride holding a glass of champagne and wearing wedding ring.?

The glass and the champagne, and the wedding ring is in colored as its original color. What's the name of that kind of picture? Because I want to google it, to find how to do it with photoshop CS3. Thanks.

that is called photoediting, you can change the colors of a picture in part or in full. you can do that with the software you mentioned however you have to work on it on 2 layers of the picture meaning one on top of the other. The 1st picture being the background is in its original color and the 2nd is the edited picture where the glass, champagne and wedding ring are in colored form. to do this the 2nd picture is in black and white and you have to erase with pinpoint accuracy the part where the 3 items are. Try to seach for online tutorial of adobe photoshop cs3 or you can email me and we can make arrangements for me to teach you on line.

Don't know what it's called, but the easiest way to do it is to open the image, make a duplicate and turn it BW, move the BW image over the color image and use your eraser tool to erase the part you want to remain color. CTRL-E to compress the 2 layers.
